How Do I Update My Contact Details?

You will need to email Ramblers Head Office with details of your new email address.

Head Office will then update your details and ensure the information is also passed to Brunel. Please do not email Brunel Walking direct with your new email as we are not able to update The Ramblers records.

Can I Move To Brunel From Another Ramblers Group?

Yes, you will need to email Ramblers Head Office advising them that you wish to change Ramblers group. They will then inform us that you have joined Brunel.

How Can I Join Brunel Walking Group?

If you'd like to join Brunel Walking Group, then you do so by joining the Ramblers Association and nominating us as your group. You can do this either online via the RA website, or by filling in a membership form (which you can usually get from any committee member) and then sending this off to the Freepost address given on the leaflet.

 

N.B. When filling in the form, make sure that you write 'Brunel Activity & Walking Group (AV-50)' in the box marked "Group". If you don't, you will be assigned to another local group in the Bristol or Bath area.

 

The cost is £31.50 per year for individuals with reductions for joint memberships and other categories, and can be paid by the usual methods, including Direct Debit.

 

If you are thinking of coming on a Brunel walk for the first time, we'd suggest you visit the Before Walking page as this contains lots of handy hints & tips.

 

You will need to be a member to continue walking with Brunel and attend group weekends away, etc.

I Am Over 40, Can I Still Join Brunel?

Brunel now offers walks for people in their 40's and early 50's, this part of our group is known as Brunel Plus. To walk regularly with Brunel you need to be a member of the Ramblers, you are however welcome to join Brunel and walk with Brunel Plus. Please click on our Brunel Plus page for further details.

Can I Walk With Other Ramblers Groups?
